Mochii Mengqing Yuan is an LA-based production designer and art director.

Her creative and professional experience includes designing for narrative and experimental films, immersive environments, live events, stage plays, experimental animation, photography, and music videos while cooperating with companies such as HBO, Disney, and Universal Studios. She moved to the U.S. from China when she was 19 years old by herself for school at the California Institute of the Arts, and studied Design & Production - Scenic Design program. The films she has worked on have screened at several festivals and won awards, including the Berlinale Film festival, Sundance Film Festival, and Tribeca Film Festival. Her endless passion and appreciation for art extend to all forms and media. She always challenges herself to provide fresh ideas and present her best work with every project.
